If you’re interested in starting counselling, we’ll first have an initial free 20-minute session to explore what you’d like to get out of it. I may ask some questions to better understand your situation, and you’ll have the opportunity to see what it’s like to work with me and ask any questions you might have. (You may also find the FAQ page helpful).
If we both decide to continue, I’ll send you a working agreement to sign. We’ll then meet weekly at a fixed date and time.
My Experience & Qualifications
Counselling:
- Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling
- BACP Registered Member (No. 4107678)
- Experience working with adults and young people
Other Background:
- BEng & MSc in Electronic Engineering & Computer Science
- Experience working across consulting, financial services, technology, and startups
Regular session (50 mins): £80 online or £90 in person.
In-person sessions are held from The Practice Rooms (near Old Street / Shoreditch / Liverpool Street).
